Arizona Non-Disclosure Agreement Template
An Arizona non-disclosure agreement (NDA) keeps a company’s highly valuable (and secret) information safe. This can include patents, trademarks, processes, formulas, ingredients, and essentially anything else that the company believes is monetarily or competitively valuable. The form requires the person or company that signs it to refrain from sharing or using the information learned from the other party.
The agreement may be made unilateral (meaning that only one (1) party is restricted from sharing secrets), or it can be bilateral, meaning that both parties have to keep each other’s trade secrets safe.
