Rent Invoice Template

A Rent Invoice is issued by landlords to their tenants as an official request of rent that is nearing or has passed the due date. The Rent Invoice can be used for monthly rentals as well as long-term rentals (1+ year). Included in the invoice are fields specifically designed for landlords, such as an area for the tenant’s name and contact information, the property address, any fees that were issued to the tenant (excess electricity usage charge, property damage, late payment charge, etc.), and an area to specify when the rent is due.
