Alabama Sublease Agreement
The Alabama Sublease Agreement is a contract that gives the tenant of a rental property the means to have another individual (called the “sublessee”) live in the property. This allows the original tenant to vacate the property without breaking the lease, while simultaneously having the rent paid for. However, the original tenant is still held liable for all the requirements laid out in the original lease. In some cases, landlords do not allow tenants to sublet, as they do not want unqualified individuals living in their properties. To find out whether the landlord permits subleasing, check the original rental contract.
