Florida Sublease Agreement

The Florida Sublease Agreement is a document signed between the original tenant of a property and a new tenant who will be living in the property in place of the original tenant. The form sets the rules and expectations that the original tenant was required to abide by in the original lease (which still stays in effect). Florida has no specific law regarding subleasing – whether or not the tenant has the right to sublease is dependent upon the conditions in the original lease signed with the landlord.
