Missouri Sublease Agreement

The Missouri Sublease Agreement allows tenants that are looking to live somewhere else but do not want to pay a costly monthly rent for a property going unused, can introduce a new tenant, who lives in the rental and makes routine payments to the original tenant. Much like the first lease signed with the landlord, the sublease will include the rules and rights afforded to the subtenant. As the document is legally binding, the subtenant can be taken to court if rent goes unpaid or other conditions of the agreement are broken.
