Mississippi Commercial Lease Agreement
The Mississippi Commercial Lease Agreement is a binding form used to state the obligations and restrictions that both a landlord and tenant(s) will have to follow regarding the renting of a property that will be used solely for business operations. The agreement includes all necessary sections to comply with Mississippi code, including sections with fields that state the names and addresses of the parties, the end-date of the contract, and the amount of rent the tenant will be required to pay in monthly increments. Also included in the document is an area to state the utilities / other costs that the tenant will be responsible for paying for (Triple Net, Gross, or Modified Gross).
