New Hampshire Limited Power of Attorney Form

A New Hampshire limited power of attorney provides a detailed list of singular tasks for an agent to complete for a principal. The agent must have the signed form to carry out the assigned duties, or else the business (or individual) can reject them. For instance, cashiers require agents to provide the document when handling financial matters for principals who have not filed a limited power of attorney with the bank.

The agent must keep receipts and other paperwork in an organized matter to present to the principal. Having this information prevents disputes and provides evidence of the actions carried out. It also provides the principal with the necessary paperwork for ownership, such as a bill of sale form or small estate affidavit.
