Business (Commercial) Invoice Template
The Business (Commercial) Invoice Template is an editable billing document used by small and large businesses to officially request payment for sold products or rendered services. Creating an invoice that is consistent with a company’s image is important – altering the fonts, colors, fields, and adding a logo can all be used to further customize an invoice.

Sum the Amount column and enter the value into the Subtotal cell. Then, add the Sales Tax for your state, any Shipping Costs, and add up the three previous cells to calculate the TOTAL invoice amount.
Step 5 – Finishing Up
To complete the invoice, enter any instructions or final comments for the customer. This can include the amount of time the buyer has to pay the invoice in full, a personal statement showing appreciation for selecting your offering or product, or a list of the acceptable methods of payment (card, check, cash, etc.).
