Colorado Sublease Agreement
The Colorado Sublease Agreement is a secondary agreement between the original tenant and a new tenant. Like a standard lease agreement, the contract outlines when rent is to be paid and to whom, rules regarding the property, and contains descriptive information regarding both parties locked into the agreement.
In many cases, a sublease has a shorter term than the original lease, as the original tenant may only want to rent out the apartment or home for a few months, such as for the summer or winter.
