Georgia Commercial Sublease Agreement
The Georgia Realtors Commercial Sublease Agreement (CF12) is a specific form drafted by the Georgia Association of Realtors used in situations in which a commercial tenant plans on relinquishing their rented property to a subtenant that will use the property for business purposes in exchange for monthly rent payments. The seven (7) page document covers a myriad of subjects, including the term of the agreement, security deposits, insurance, the consequences of damage or destruction to the property, and several sections regarding the brokerage involved in arranging the agreement.
