Idaho Month-to-Month Lease Agreement
The Idaho Month-to-Month Lease Agreement is a short-term, non-confining document used to establish the basis for an arrangement in which a tenant rents an apartment, room, home, or another type of property for no set length of time. The agreement can be terminated by either party with only a month notice. While the option has many desirable qualities for tenants, it also comes with inherent risks that need to be fully understood and weighed against less risky alternatives before signing.
