Idaho Sublease Agreement
The Idaho Sublease Agreement is a binding document that offers the original tenant to a property (the sublessor) the option to rent out the same property to another individual (the sublessee), allowing the original tenant to move out of the property while still bound by the original lease agreement, essentially making the sublessor a landlord to the new tenant. In Idaho, tenants can sublease as they please as long as the signed lease with the landlord does not strictly prohibit it. If the lease doesn’t mention it, it can be assumed that subleasing is permitted.
