North Dakota Roommate Agreement
A North Dakota roommate agreement is a simple form used by people sharing the same rental unit to establish basic rules, expectations, and duties of each roommate.
The purpose of the form is to encourage a sense of well-being in the unit by avoiding confrontation over dishes, cleaning, possessions, sharing, and more. The contract provides space for up to four (4) tenants, although more can be added manually.
The form covers the following topics:
- Lease term (start and end dates)
- Security deposit
- Rent payments
- Move-out procedures
- And more.
