Nebraska Sublease Agreement

The Nebraska Sublease Agreement equips tenants bound by a rental lease with a useful means of recording the essential rules and expectations legally required of a new tenant (the “Sublessee”) that will be living in the currently leased property in place of the original tenant (the “Sublessor”). Much like the lease initially signed between the landlord and the sublessor, the sublease contract contains guidelines pertaining to the amount of rent the sublessee must pay to the sublessor, consequences for breaking a rule, contact information of important parties, and several other points of information.
