Nevada Sublease Agreement
The Nevada sublease agreement is a document that allows an existing tenant, known as the ‘sublessor,’ to lease their occupied property to a new tenant, termed the ‘sublessee.’ By entering into this binding agreement, the sublessee agrees to make rental payments in exchange for the right to live in the property until the end of the original lease.
However, the sublessor’s responsibilities under the original lease agreement with the landlord are not absolved. This means that the sublessor continues to be accountable for making rent payments and ensuring that the sublessee abides by all the stipulations set forth in the original lease agreement.
