Oklahoma Sublease Agreement

Oklahoma Sublease Agreement is a document that is agreed upon by the original tenant of a leased property (referred to as the sublandlord) and another party who wishes to lease the property from them (referred to as the sublesee). As is created in addition to the standard lease agreement that was entered into by the tenant with the landlord of the property, it thus only involves the sublesee and sublandlord. That being said, the tenant must seek the landlord’s blessing before proceeding with the sublease.
