Washington Sublease Agreement
State law, specifically the Washington Residential Landlord-Tenant Act is silent on the matter of subleasing a property in the state. By implication, a tenant may use a Washington Sublease Agreement to establish a sublease provided their rental contract allows for it or the landlord has provided express permission. Likewise to a rental contract, a Sublease Agreement is a legally-binding document concerned a rental property. But in distinction, it is the tenant, not the landlord, who is in charge of leasing part or all of a property to another party.
