Arkansas Motor Vehicle (DMV) Power of Attorney Form
The Arkansas Motor Vehicle (DMV) Power of Attorney comprises a number of required fields that must be completed by a motor vehicle owner who wishes to nominate an Attorney-in-Fact to represent them before the Arkansas Department of Motor Vehicles. The motor vehicle owner may seek such an arrangement in the interest of time or convenience, or because of personal circumstances that prevent attendance to their own motor vehicle affairs.
