Michigan Sublease Agreement

The Michigan Sublease Agreement is used by tenants for permitting another party (called the “sublessee”) to lease the property originally leased by the tenant (the “sublessor”) from the landlord or property management company. Upon signing of the contract, the original tenant takes on the role as the landlord to the sublessee.
