Virginia Sublease Agreement

The Virginia Sublease Agreement enhances both the Sub-Lessor and Sub-Lessee’s understanding of their respective responsibilities. This is particularly helpful considering that while the Sublease Agreement itself only involves these two parties, the Sub-Lessor must continue to uphold their original responsibilities as a Lessee to the property. For example, they will still be responsible for both collecting rent from the Sub-Lessee and paying rent to their landlord in a timely fashion.
