New Hampshire Revocation of Power of Attorney

The New Hampshire Revocation of Power of Attorney is a document that assists a Principal who wants to terminate a Power of Attorney to do so. According to state law, specifically § 564-E:110, the acts of revoking a Power of Attorney or terminating the Agent’s authority can both be achieved by the Principal revoking the Power of Attorney and the Agent’s authority. This document is a simple way to state in writing the Principal’s decision, as well as to alert all relevant parties of the decision.
