Utah Sublease Agreement

The Utah Sublease Agreement provides a template for a sublandlord to fill out so they can enter into a legally-binding relationship with a subtenant of their choosing. While technically a written contract is not mandatory, it is strongly advised that one is created so that it can be referred to any time either party needs to clarify the terms of the contract. Moreover, without a written contract, there will be no permanent record that the arrangement even took place.
