Kentucky Real Estate (Property) Power of Attorney Form
The Kentucky Real Estate (Property) Power of Attorney details the ways in which an individual (termed the Principal) wishes for another party (termed the Agent) to act on their behalf to perform real estate related tasks. Ideally, the Principal should select an Agent who has some level of expertise in handling real estate matters such as buying, selling, or renting a property. For this reason, a Principal will often seek a property management company to fulfill this role.
