Kentucky Revocation of Power of Attorney Form

Any Principal has the prerogative to put a Kentucky Revocation of Power of Attorney into effect at any time. By filling out this legally-binding contract, they will be able to put in writing their desire to terminate a Power of Attorney. While it is important for both the Principal and Agent to uphold their respective obligations as per the Power of Attorney, the law does not oblige a Principal to maintain the contract for any longer than they wish to.
