Texas Month-to-Month Lease Agreement
A Texas Month-to-Month Lease Agreement lays out the conditions by which a tenant can reside in a rental property on a month-to-month basis. The conditions will encompass such considerations as when the lease will begin, how much rent per month the tenant must pay, and the rules of termination (of which must be in line with § 91.001 of the Texas Property Code). The landlord may also note any other conditions they wish the tenant to abide by, so long as they are not in opposition to state rental laws.
