Louisiana Real Estate (Property) Power of Attorney Form
The Louisiana Real Estate (Property) Power of Attorney Form is a document that encompasses legally-binding terms that allow an individual (called the Principal) to nominate another party (called the Mandatory) to handle one or many real estate affairs in their stead. So long as the terms are compliant with state Power of Attorney laws, the Principal can adapt the agreement to suit their needs. For instance, they may require the Mandatory to complete a singular task e.g. sell their house, or require them to fulfill many tasks e.g. collect monthly rental payments.
