Missouri Real Estate Power of Attorney Form
Download the Missouri Real Estate (Property) Power of Attorney to give a person whom you choose written permission to sell, purchase, refinance, and/or manage your property. There are many reasons a person (known as the “principal”) may want to nominate an agent to have permission to oversee a portion (or all of) their property. Common reasons include leaving on vacation, expecting future medical care (that leaves the principal in the hospital), or for the purpose of delegating tasks the principal doesn’t have time to complete on their own. Whatever the reason the principal has for using a power of attorney, it’s important they choose a person (or entity) that has extensive knowledge of real estate and can be trusted with handling it in their absence.
