North Dakota Revocation of Power of Attorney Form
The North Dakota Revocation of Power of Attorney is a document that signals, in legally-binding terms, the Principal’s resolution to end a given Power of Attorney (POA). Revoking a Power of Attorney will not only mean that the Principal is no longer party to the POA they executed. It will also mean that any powers held by their Agent will be completely withdrawn. Moreover, the revocation will terminate any role or responsibilities any entities, agencies, or Government departments named in the POA had in so far as the POA provided for.
