North Dakota Revocation of Power of Attorney Form
A North Dakota Revocation of Power of Attorney is used for terminating active power of attorney forms. It is completed by the principal (person that assigned power) and sent to the agent and anyone else that originally received a copy of the POA. Revoking a POA formally relinquishes all power held by the agent – they are legally required to abide by the revocation once they receive it. To prove the agent received the document, the principal should have the revocation sent via certified mail.
