Alabama Real Estate Power of Attorney Form

The Alabama Real Estate (Property) Power of Attorney is a document that allows an individual to give another person, called the “Agent” power to represent them. It is commonly used when a person wishes to purchase or sell a property and they cannot be present at the closing in-person. Additionally, the form can be used if the owner of a rental property is out-of-town and needs someone to collect rent, pay the property taxes, or conduct maintenance on the property.
