Oklahoma Revocation of Power of Attorney Form

The Oklahoma Revocation of Power of Attorney carries the purpose of: a) revoking any authority and decision making powers that have been granted to an Agent and b) revoking the overall validity of the Power of Attorney that is named in the form. The revocation may be executed by any competent Principal of a Power of Attorney who has decided, free from duress from the parties involved in the Power of Attorney or otherwise, that it is in their best interests to revoke the Power of Attorney. They may come to this conclusion for any reason, with common reasons including that it no longer serves their needs or because it did not pan out as expected.
